Notes According to Alfred Chapuis in La Montre Chinoise, pp. 134-135, fig. 89, this Chinese signature, within the "Twelve Petal Lotus Flower" over and azure ground, was reserved for the best quality production of watches made in the workshops of Henri-Louis Yersin in Fleurier, or by Lorimier in Besancon which used to carry the same signature around 1840.
