Unsigned, the enamel by Richter, Swiss, made for the Chinese Market, circa 1815. "Blind man's bluff" Rare and magnificent 18K gold and enamel pearl-set centre seconds watch designed as an urn. Accompanied by an original Morocco fitted box. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute and seconds ring. Gold hands. Rectangular gilt brass with canted corners, the plates engraved with a mask and foliage, going barrel, cylinder escapements, plain brass threearm balance, flat balance springs with regulators.
