Fine aluminium siderographe made for the Marine Nationale Aeronotique Navale with centre seconds, double split second recorder and power reserve indication. Massive aluminium. Two tone silvered devised in 360 degrees with outer revolving chronograph ring, inner red decimal division and small Up-and- Down sector. Notes Thanks to the siderographe, the Universal Time hour angle of any star can now be obtained by means of a simple addition or subtraction. By means of the "Sideral" - vernal equinox angle - marked in degrees on the dial; the straight ascension line of the star under consideration is subtracted or its straight co-ascension line expressed in degrees on the table is added.
