Very fine and rare, jumping-hour, self winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch. massive, polished, reeded band, sapphireset winding-crown. white enamel with painted Breguet numerals, cryptographic signature under the 12, aperture for the jumping-hours.
