Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold and stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and pulsometer. bi-colour, massive, polished, satined. pink with applied gold indexes and Roman numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer pulsometer graduation for 30 pulsations. "Baton" gold hands. Notes Stainless steel and gold Patek Philippe chronograph wristwatches are extremely rare. To date only six are known to exist.
