Very fine "World Time", centre second, self-winding, 18K yellow gold gentleman's wristwatch. massive, polished, graduated bezel for the time in 12 hours with painted Arabic numerals. two-tone silver with an outer ring bearing the painted gold Arabic numerals and indexes for the 24 hours, at the centre, revolving dial bearing the names of 24 cities in the world. The inner disc turns once every 24 hours with the 24 hours showing the local times. The marking between Auckland and Midway indicates the Date Line. The hands can be set independently of the city disc by using the button near the 2. "Dauphine" burnished steel hands. Notes This watch was presented at the Exhibition "Montres el Bijoux " in Geneva, in 1952.
