Tiffany & Co. , Swiss, No. 78279, circa 1900. Fine and rare 18K gold, keyless minute repeating watch with split second chronograph and 60-minute instantaneous recorder. Four body, massive, "demi-bassine " , polished. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with a dedication dated 1903. White enamel with Breguet numerals, red outer Arabic minute and chronograph ring, sunk subsidiary seconds and minute register. Blued steel "spade" hands.
