Alfred Perregaud a Gorgier, Swiss, circa 1860. Very fine 18K gold hunting cased pocket chronometer in original Brazilian rose-wood fitted box. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", engineturned with reeded band. Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border. White enamel with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds.Blued steel Louis XV hands. Notes The movement of this chronometer is made with the calibre used by Favre-Bulle for pocket chronometers with tourbillon.
