Very fine and rare, rectangular, 18K pink gold gentleman' s wristwatch. massive, polished, satined, overhanging central lugs, hinged at the bottom for quick change of bracelet, flat bezel, flat top crystal. two-tone pink with applied gold indexes and Arabic numerals + auxiliary seconds dial. "Baton" pink gold hands. Notes This hinged system of the lugs is a rare feature, sometimes mounted on round Patel: Philippe wristwatches. It is extremely rare to find it on a rectangular wristwatch.
