Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer. massive, polished, concave bezel. matt silver with applied pink gold Breguet numerals + auxiliary seconds and 30 minutes register dials, outer tachometer graduation. "Spade" pink gold hands. Notes Among the various models of chronographs produced by Patek Philippe, it is always very rare to find them with Breguet numerals. It is even more rare, when the watch and the numerals are in pink gold.
