Wucai Vase, China, 18th century, ovoid, depicting warriors and officials in a courtyard setting painted in enamels, with a cracked ice border at the shoulder and scrolling flowers on the neck, underglaze blue rabbit mark to the base, ht. 6 3/4 in. Provenance: Babson College Sorenson Center for the Arts, Wellesley, Massachusetts. 1/8" superficial crack to base. minor loss of glazing.
