Delaboullaye Silver Watch with Pouzait Lever Escapement, Au Mans, France, c. 1790, Arabic numeral porcelain dial with four o'clock wind position, gold hour and minute hands and blued center sweep seconds, gilt full plate movement engraved Delaboullaye/Au Mans , large center-mounted five-arm brass balance and Pouzait seconds-beating escapement all visible under the glazed rear lid, all in an engine-turned case with knurled rim, dia. 55 mm. watch running, slight wear on case, slight dial imperfections around winding hole, overall, very respectable.
