"Bras en L'Aire" Silver Open Face Watch, Switzerland, early 19th century, the porcelain dial with lower painted garden scene and gilt figure with arms which rise to indicate the time when the pendant is depressed, showing hours on the right and minutes on the left side of the dial, while running, the figure's head rotates back and forth, winding and setting squares at the base of the figure, verge chain fusee movement, all in a silver case with engraved waterfront scene on the back, dia. 56 mm. two very slight hairlines on dial, watch in running order, case decoration slightly rubbed. crack around left winding arbor
