The entire front page of the March 10-17, 1770 issue is taken up with a report on the Boston Massacre, which occurred on the twelfth. "A Mulattoe man, named Crispus Attucks, who was born in Framingham, but lately belonged to New Providence, was here in order to go for North Carolina, also killed instantly; two balls entering his breast, one of them in special goring the right lobe of the lungs, and a great part of the liver, most horribly."
