Two Brass and Steel Watchmaker's Tools, 19th century, both worm-gear-driven examples with brass faceplates and knurled and flattened thumbscrews, one with a dovetailed sliding bed plate and tool rest, lg. 15 in.; the other with a tailstock alone, lg. 17 in., both mounted on wood stands. The tailstock example has two missing jaws off the faceplate.
