After Wassily Kandinsky (Russian, 1866-1944) Untitled, c. 1919, edition of 300, published by Maeght Editeur, Paris. Monogrammed and dated within the matrix, publisher's dry stamp l.l. Color lithograph on paper, image size 13 3/8 x 18 in. (34.0 x 45.7 cm), framed. Condition: Subtle toning, not examined out of frame. Provenance: Estate of an arts benefactor, New York. Out of the frame the sheet measures 16 x 22 1/2 inches, with deckled left and lower edges. There are several creases tot he edges, and there is staining to the reverse. The frame measures 16 3/4 x 23 1/4 x 1/2 in. and is faced with plexiglass.
