William Gropper (American, 1897-1977) Lot of Two Genre Scenes: Poker, 1936, edition of 100; and On the Move, 1937. The latter signed and dated within the matrix. Lithographs on paper, image sizes to 9 1/8 x 12 7/8 in. (23.0 x 32.5 cm), framed. Condition: Not examined out of frames. Out of the frames, the Poker sheeet measures 13 x 18 and has the American Artists Group stamp on the reverse. Move has a sheet of 11 1/2 x 15 7/8 in., but is not stamped. Both are from a private collection.
