Manner of Sir Peter Lely (British, 1618-1680) Portrait of a Young Lady Unsigned. Oil on canvas, 30 x 25 in. (76.0 x 63.5 cm), framed. Condition: Lined, retouch, craquelure, scuffing, frame abrasions. Inverted L-shaped tear to the sitter's neck measuring approx. 1 1/2 x 2 in. Craquelure throughout, with circular cracking to the sitter's decolletage. Abrasions along the frame liner. Wax lined. Several scattered dots of retouch to sitter's face. Surface grime.
