Frank Weston Benson (American, 1862-1951) Goose and Teal, 1917, published state, edition of 150 (Paff, 125). Signed "FrankWBenson." in pencil l.l. Etching on paper, plate size 6 x 7 7/8 in. (15.0 x 19.9 cm), framed. Condition: Margins over 1/4 inch, unobtrusive toning, gentle rippling, not examined out of frame. Out of the frame the sheet measures 9 3/4 x 12 1/2 in., with deckled left and lower edges. The sheet is gently toned and light struck. There are brown papaer tape "hinges" to the upper corners.
