Antique 18kt Gold, Hardstone Cameo, and Diamond Pendant/Brooch, the cameo depicting an elaborately dressed and bejeweled Renaissance lady, foliate mount, with rose-cut diamond and pearl accents, removable pinstem, lg. 2 1/8 in., reverse with indistinct signature. Overall very good. Quite minor nick to edge of veil, viewer's left. Grime. Reverse is titled "Arsinoe" to identify the figure, rather than signed. One rose-cut diamond on the very bottom is missing, not at all obtrusive.
