Antique 18kt Gold and Micromosaic Brooch, very fine depiction of the doves of Pliny, within an elaborate frame with engraved foliate accents, lg. 2 3/8 in., French guarantee stamps. Black glass background with a couple of surface scratches, one long one running from bird's beak to edge, and a couple of minor edge nicks. The scene itself is without visible issues. Mount with some tarnish.
