Pair of Empire-style Bronze and Marble Rhyton-form Garnitures, late 19th century, formed as rhytons ending in ram's masks and cast and mounted with scrolls and flat leaves, raised on the back of a seated winged sphinx, on dark green marble plinth base, ht. 10, lg. 14 1/4, wd. 4 3/8 in. one with breaks to marble plinth. some minor looseness of bronze elements. minor age darkening of metal.
