French Provincial Carved Fruitwood Armoire, 19th/20th century, with arched cornice, cresting carved with wheat sheaf and flowering foliage, with two arched and paneled doors further carved with wheat sheaves and flowering foliage, with carved and shaped skirt, on scrolled front feet, with pewter key escutcheons and hinges, enclosing interior fitted with shelves and drawers, ht. 93 1/2, wd. approx. 56, dp. approx. 25 in. Overall very good. Nice color, Monor typical splits to either side. Some chipping where cornice meets top edge.
