Edwardian Painted Satinwood Oval Vitrine Table, early 20th century, green silk lined interior, frame painted with polychrome foliage and with square, tapered legs joined by a stretcher with raised shelf, ht. 30, wd. 26, dp. 17 1/2 in. Surface very dry and with moderately heavy shrinkage throughout; minor edge chipping to top and frieze; minor losses around keyhole; paint mostly gone from stretcher shelf.
