Seven Staffordshire Animal Figures, England, 19th century, including two brown glazed whistles modeled as a cat and a dog, 3 1/2, 3 5/8 in.; a hound chained to an oval base, ht. 5 in.; and four encrusted figures, a pair of sheep, ht. 2 1/2 in.; and two poodles, ht. 3 in. Each is in very good condition except; chained dog: back of base with a 1/2" chip under foot edge that is 1" total under the base. sheep; one with a chipped ear.
