Two Philadelphia Centennial Exposition Bronze Medals, c. 1876, the first brown patinated bronze, the obverse depicting a classically dressed man bestowing a laurel wreath and seated amongst symbols of industry, four vignettes in the borders, reverse with inscriptions and wreaths, dia. 3; second, silvered bronze depicting lady liberty on the obverse, commemorative inscription on reverse, in original fitted case, dia.1 1/2 in. first with plain edge discoloration around all sides; minor wear throughout; deep scratch to edge at 3 o'oclock; second in excellent to fine condition.
