Two Staffordshire Pottery Figure Groups, England, 19th century, one with central tree-shaped spill with birds perched to either side, a horse and cow drinking from a well below, ht. 10 in.; another with an elaborate cornucopia-form center vase, a man playing a drum and woman playing a tambourine to either side, each wearing a Turkish costume and mounted on a raised naturalistic base with applied leaves and florets, overall ht. 7 1/2 in. Spill vase: very good condition throughout. Musician vase: 1/2" chip under front edge of footrim; flaking to red enamel throughout; surface repair in front of man's foot on base; part of a leaf missing to one on base; slight rim hairlines.
