Doulton Lambeth Silver-mounted Salt-glaze Water Pitcher, dated 1877, by Florence E. Barlow and Mary Ann Thomson, the silver marked for Sheffield 1877, decorated with bands of brown and cobalt blue and brown scrolling foliage and a central panel of three squirrels in a landscape, ht. 7 7/8 in. Silver collar with presentation inscription "S.A.P. from P.S.C. Augst. 21 1877; very good condition with no cracks, chips or restorations.
