August Edouart (French, 1789-1861) Silhouette Portrait of 3 Lindahl Children: Robert, Jessie and Georg, Edinburgh June 16th, 1830. Cut and pasted silhouettes on paper, the subjects identified in inscriptions on applied paper label below, the images framed in a manner to reveal inscriptions on the reverse, an oval stamp on the reverse indicates it was in the collection of original portraits of Mrs. F. Neville Jackson, 10 x 14 in., in a mahogany veneer frame. Condition: Loss to one child's hand.
