Set of Four Continental Reticulated Silver and Colorless Glass-lined Baskets, likely Hanau, Germany, late 19th/early 20th century, the tapering ovoid baskets pierced throughout with guilloche and quatrefoil diapering, swing handle, with fitted colorless glass liners, on four ovoid feet enclosing stylized flower buds, ht. to top of handle approx. 9 3/4, ht. of body 5 in., approx. 44 troy oz. total. one glass insert with upper rim chip approx. 1/2", the other with upper rim chip approx. 1/4". Each possibly with a few very small ground-down edge chips. Silver good, with minor age wear.
