Antique Portrait Ring, late 18th century, the sepia and rose-tone watercolor and gouache on ivory depiction of a young lady in a pale gown with a snoozing lapdog at her feet seated in a bucolic landscape, low-karat gold mount, size 4 3/4, boxed. Some repairs to shank as evidenced by a scarf joint, with very minor evidence of old solder. Some nicks and scratching to crystal from age. Image with fading. Box with age typical defects.
