Two Victorian Silver and Scottish Agate Brooches, the first dated 1848, centering a cushion-shape smoky quartz, framed by a burst of agates, reverse inscribed; the other set with various buffed and shaped agate tablets, lg. 2 1/2 in. First with abrasions to stone, not obtrusive. A couple of very minor nicks to stones. Else good. Second with some nicks to stones, two curl motifs with fractures/cracks through them, stable, and not obtrusive.
