Antique 18kt Gold, Amethyst, and Diamond Brooch, France, the domed top set with a fancy-cut amethyst, framed by chain links and suspending a drop, rose-cut diamond accents, lg. 3 in., maker's mark and guarantee stamps, in a Marcus & Co. box. Amethysts with a couple of loupe visible inclusions near the edges, and the amethyst in the drop with several edge nicks and a couple of surface scratches, though unobtrusive. Box with age typical scuffs and scratches, tears to interior lining.
