Wedgwood Jasper Mounted Box, England, rectangular mahogany box with metal beadwork border and mounted with two oval cut steel framed dark blue jasper medallions with applied white classical figures, cut steel dimensions 2 x 3 1/2 in.; box lg. 9 1/2 in. The box with a chip repair along the back edge of the cover, a scratch to the top surface, and the interior simply gutted and set with a large mirror (cracked). The medallions each have some repairs to the jasper.
