Wedgwood White Terra Cotta Bough Pot and Cover, England, c. 1785, D-shaped with traces of gilding to white floral festoons and foliate borders, spattered green porphyry-type glaze, the cover with several circular piercings among three wells, impressed mark, ht. 4 3/4 in. Cover: back left corner with 1/4" flake; bottom of one well with a 1/2" chip; bottom of one well with four hairlines varying from 1/2 to 1" each and a 1/2" chip; 3/4" rim hairline. Pot: top rim with a shallow 1/2" chip; firing line/hairline along the right seam of about 3 1/4" (on the inside only).
