Wedgwood Pearlware Emile Lessore Decorated Compote, England, c. 1865, the shallow dish with slightly scalloped rim, polychrome enamel decorated, a wide pink border with foliage and trophy design surrounding a central landscape with male and female figures, all mounted atop three scrolled feet, impressed mark and artist signature, dia. 9 1/4 in. Very good condition throughout with no restorations, cracks or chips.
