Pair of Continental Bronze Figures of Allegorical Cherubs, late 19th century, both on round black slate bases, comprising one representing Autumn, depicted in loin cloth and straw hat, cutting wheat with a scythe, bronze ht. 12 3/4, ht. with base 14, the other representing Winter, clutching a skin around him, and skating across a frozen pond, bronze ht. 12 3/8, ht. with base 13 3/4 in.
