Queen Anne Style Gilt Decorated Black Japanned Miniature Long Case Timepiece, early 20th century, with inverted bell-form cresting above a single door enclosing later works, long case and plinth base decorated all over with chinoiserie scenes, ht. 77 in. Lacking finials, shrinkage cracks throughout and overall wear to chinoisorie design with some wrinkling to paint, age typical minor defects.
