Two Wedgwood Painter's Palettes, England, early 19th century, each oval and with a pierced thumb hole, a queen's ware, lg. 5 in.; and a pearlware, lg. 8 1/2 in.; impressed marks. Queen's ware: several glaze abrasions (in firing) along the edge; some surface wear and numerous tiny black spots to glaze. Pearlware: some surface abrasions.
