Brass Horizontal Sundial by Deluret, Paris, the lacquered brass plate with 3 5/8 in. dia. revolving round dial with Roman numerals and applied compass with quadrant directions, four-point rose, blued steel hand and hinged gnomon with stylized bird pointer to scale calibrated 40-60, the square plate engraved Deluret, Paris and calibrated 0-90 twice and Declinaison du Mid... and Decline son du mid a loccident , pierced spandrels and four adjustable feet, 4 5/8 in. square. Dial in old lacquered surface, needle off compass, gnomon hinge lost tension to hold gnomon in place.
