Oak Longcase Clock by William Gunn, Wallingford, England, c. 1730, the 12 in. square composite brass dial with engraved herringbone border, cherub and crown spandrels, silvered chapter ring engraved Wm Gunn Wallingford , Roman numerals, quarter and half hour marking, ringed winding, date and seconds holes, engraved and matted center, eight-day time and strike five-pillar movement with count-wheel mounted to the great wheel and recoil escapement powered by two weights and regulated by a pendulum; together with a later associated oak case with scroll top, ht. 79 in. case and movement by association, replacement feet, repaired scrolls, new seating board, one lead, one cast iron weight, pendulum bob a good replacement.
