Nine Tubular Bell Chime Clock, by Waltham Clock Company, Waltham, Massachusetts, c. 1925, mahogany case with scroll top, carved rosettes, brass ball finials, freestanding columns flanking the glazed hood door, waist door with beveled glass flanked by fully turned columns, the base with paneled inset and paw feet, composite brass dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for "Strike-Silent" and tune selection, moon's age in the arch and marked Waltham Clock Co. , eight-day quarter-chiming movement playing Oxford, Whittington, or Westminster chimes, with pendulum and three brass-cased weights, ht. 99 in. Note: The pendulum is engraved W. W. Arthur D. Prince December 27, 1922, by the Elected and Appointed Officers for 1920-1921-1922 of the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts, A.F. and A.M. age consistent dings on case, movement in operating condition.
