Georges Rouault (French, 1871-1958) Les Disciples from PASSION, published in 1939 by Vollard (Wofsy, 352). Initialed and dated "...1936" in the plate. Etching and aquatint on laid paper with partial watermark, plate size 12 x 8 5/8 in. (30.4 x 21.8 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Margins over 2 1/4 inches with deckled edges to three sides, unobtrusive toning, pale scattered fox marks.
