Frederick Childe Hassam (American, 1859-1935) Easthampton, 1917 (Cortissoz, 134). Monogrammed and inscribed "CH imp" in pencil l.r., monogrammed, inscribed, and dated in the plate, identified on a label from Frederick Keppel & Co., Inc., New York, on the reverse. Etching on paper, plate size 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 in. (19.0 x 29.0 cm), framed. Condition: Subtle toning, not examined out of frame. Cloth taped margins to backing mat, paper restoration to signature, unable to examine full sheet due to glued beveled and backing mats along top edge, subtle mat burn and toning.
