Samuel V. Chamberlain (American, 1895-1975) The Market Place, Vernon, probably proof impression number three (Chamberlain & Kingsland, 167). Unsigned, annotated in the lower margin and on the mat. Etching on paper, plate size 9 1/2 x 13 3/8 in. (24.0 x 33.8 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Margins over 1/2 inch with several unpressed creases, subtle toning. Provenance: Through the family of the artist.
