Chinese, late 19th/ early 20th century Qing Dynasty. A cast bronze footed censer decorated to each side with swirling dragons in relief set upon a field of swastikas, the Buddhist symbol for auspiciousness, each corner adorned with a frontally facing phoenix in flight, the four legs positioned at the corners and decorated with cloud scroll motif, the underside also with a large swirling dragon. Unmarked. Approximately 3.375" x 5.75" x 5".
