Wooden Plaque, China, 19th century, of rectangular shape, carved with bamboo skin of God of Wealth (Caixing) and attendants, accompanied by auspicious birds flying amidst a myriad of floral and foliage branches, the sides covered with bamboo skin, ivory hook, 7 5/8 x 13 3/8 in. A few small peg holes, minor loss to the right edge, horizontal crack line to front wood board beneath the bamboo skin carving, minor loss to the left border of the wood frame and the two corners in the back, no major damage to the carving
