South German Marquetry-inlaid and Carved Walnut Tilt-top Table, early 20th century, shaped top inlaid with a central scene of deer bounding across a landscape and with scrolling foliate borders, the stem and base carved with leaftips and fluting, ht. 28 1/4, wd. 29 1/2, dp. 21 in. Top with scattered scratching and denting and one chatter gouge approx 6 inches long; base in good condition with good color; age typical minor defects.
