Two Portrait Miniatures on Ivory, England/France, oval format, comprising a late 18th century portrait of a young gentleman in powdered wig with long black queue and wearing red coat, sight lg. 1 3/4, surround lg. 2 1/8, and a portrait of a mid 18th century lady in wig and purple dress, likely 19th century, in gilt metal surround, sight lg. 1 1/2, surround lg. 1 5/8 in. lady with chip to glass at upper center. man with light edge rubbing to paint. both with age darkening/discoloration to metal of surround.
