Louis XVI Style Ormolu-mounted and Tulipwood Marquetry and Marble-top Guéridon, late 19th century, circular top inset with a gray, white and terracotta colored top above a frieze mounted with ram heads and foliage, with medial shelf and splayed legs ending in sabots, with inlays of flowering ribbons and vitruvian scrolls, ht. 30, dia. 21 1/2 in. Overall very good; some denting along mounts to edge of top; surface a little dry but in very good shape; all mounts present; some popping to edge mounts and minor shrinkage to medial shelf; age typical additional minor defects.
